App State Pre-Game

Anderson went to his first App State football game.

And we even "pre-gamed" -

though pre-gaming had a slightly different look and feel.

After parking in Boone, Anderson snuck under his cover to drink

while Daddy packed up the essentials and enjoyed a beer himself.

Turns out that Anderson was a good luck charm for the Mountaineers.

While he slept soundly in the Ergo for the first three quarters of the game, 

App State lead the game and won easily.

We got to use Mia and Gruffalo's season tickets and sit next to my fairy godparents.

I love any time I get to see them as we used to vacation in Ocean Isle Beach with them,

shared holidays and many other meals together,

but my favorite little moment of this brief, loud, spirited visit 

was when we first got settled in the stands (Row ZZ), 

Fairy Godfather wanted to be sure that Anderson could breathe 

all bundled up against my chest in the Ergo.

Reading books is one of Alekzander's favorite things.

Conquering the Corn Maze

A sunnier day and a different friend brought us back to Hall Family Farm.

The maze was not any easier this time

... and perhaps was even harder with two crazies leading the way!

Alekzander is definitely a leader and sometimes 'Bossy Pants,'

{aka doesn't always play well with others!}

but I love how he and Blake play together.

They are great buddies which is a good thing because I adore his mama,

and now Anderson has a baby buddy too in Blake's little brother, Davis.

Can't wait to see what kind of trouble our four boys 

will get in to in the future!
